Peter Crouch - Tottenham Hotspur News

Stoke City have made a take it or leave it offer for Tottenham duo Peter Crouch and Wilson Palacios.

According to Potters chairman Peter Coates a deal has not yet been agreed and they are refusing to make any sort of improved offer.

He told BBC Radio Stoke: “We’ve made our last bid, the ball is in their court. We shall not be negotiating from where we are.

“The last conversation I had with Spurs, we had not agreed anything. We’ll see what happens, but we haven’t got any further.”

  1. As per usual: want them on the cheap but make you pay through the nose when selling one of their own.
Give them Barton & Keane if they are too lousy to pay the true value.

  2. Some sites reporting 18million. I think that’s a fair price. 10m for Palacios. 8m for Crouch. Would like us to sign Samba, Ruiz, Diarra and maybe another striker of falcaos class! Also need to get rid of bassong, hutton, dos santos, bentley, keane and pav if we sign another striker.

  3. I'm from Stoke and am pretty sure the bid is the best part of £20million, nearer the £18million mark. Seems fair really, £8M for Palacios, £10M for Crouch.

  4. Sell crouch palacios keane hutton giovani and bentley. Get in llorente diarra and adebayor on loan. Gives us. Gomes friedel cudicini, walker corluka, assou ekotto rose, king dawson gallas kaboul bassong, lennon jenas sandro diarra huddlestone modric kranjcar bale, van der vaart, llorente adebayor defoe pavlyuchenko
