Opta’s AI has now crunched the numbers and offered a prediction on how likely Tottenham are to avoid relegation this season.
Spurs have maintained their Premier League status for close to half a century and now risk losing it this season as they battle relegation with three other sides.
Predicting the likelihood of them staying up, the supercomputer has gone against Spurs, giving them a 46.50% chance of going down, making them the side most likely to be relegated among their rivals.

Spurs face uphill battle as rivals’ survival chances improve
West Ham United, however, have now bolstered their chances of staying in the English top flight with their 4-0 win over Wolves on Friday.
That victory now has the Hammers on a 36.03% chance of being relegated from the Premier League this campaign.

Meanwhile, Nottingham Forest, who secured a draw against Aston Villa, have been handed a 9.56% chance of getting relegated, with Leeds handed a 7.88% chance of going down.
