Opta’s Supercomputer’s Premier League prediction table makes for extremely grim reading for Tottenham fans after the club’s latest home loss.
Spurs Web has been tracking Opta’s prediction after every league result, and over the last few weeks, it has unsurprisingly been all downhill from a Tottenham Hotspur perspective.
Thomas Frank’s men lost at home for the fourth time in six Premier League matches this season when Fulham left with a 2-1 win from N17.
The result means that the Lilywhites now have the second-worst home record in the division, only ahead of Wolves, who already appear destined to finish bottom of the table.

Opta predicts where Tottenham will finish this season
Opta’s Algorithm predicts that after this weekend’s results, Tottenham will finish in 12th place in the Premier League table, with an expected points tally of 51.2.
Even more worryingly, the supercomputer hands Thomas Frank’s men just a 3.26 per cent chance of qualifying for the Champions League and a 6.41 per cent chance of finishing within the Europa League spaces.
That would make for extremely worrying reading for Spurs fans, but truth be told, it is difficult to argue with those predictions, given the standard of football we have seen from the Lilywhites this campaign, especially at home.
What is the minimum Frank needs to achieve this season?
For all the talk of Tottenham finishing 17th last season, most people will concede that there was a specific set of circumstances that led to that.
That excuse will certainly not be accepted by Spurs fans if the team continues to linger in the bottom half of the table.
Some pundits have said that Frank has to guide Tottenham to a top-six finish to keep his job as the Spurs hierarchy will not tolerate being out of Europe.
