Opta’s Supercomputer has revised its prediction on Tottenham’s survival odds after West Ham United picked up another crucial point away at Selhurst Park.

Spurs Web has been closely tracking Opta’s predictions over recent weeks as the Lilywhites find themselves flirting with disaster.

Spurs have now spent the last week and a half in the bottom three, and Brighton’s late equaliser at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium last Saturday came as a bitter blow to their survival chances.

Following the draw with Brighton, Opta gave Spurs a 54.22 per cent chance of being relegated from the Premier League this season, and that has now increased after Monday’s result.

What is Tottenham’s likelihood of relegation after West Ham’s latest draw?

Opta’s Supercomputer has revised its numbers after the Hammers were held to a 0-0 draw by Crystal Palace in South London on Monday night.

The data analysis platform expects the Lilywhites to now finish with an expected 36.88 points from their 38 matches, which is not expected to be enough to keep them up.

According to their revised numbers, Tottenham’s chances of relegation have now shot up to 58.33 per cent, while West Ham’s chances of going down have dropped to just 36.9 per cent.

Meanwhile, Nottingham Forest’s chances of relegation now stand at just 4.3 per cent, while Leeds have been given a 0.3 per cent chance of going down.

The game against Wolves is now a must-win for Spurs

De Zerbi remains confident that Tottenham can stay up, with the Italian taking plenty of positives from his side’s performance against the Seagulls.

However, with West Ham continuing to pick up points, Spurs desperately need a win against Wolves in order to keep pace with their London rivals.

The one piece of good news for the Lilywhites is that Wolves are now officially relegated following the Hammers’ draw at Palace, which means that they have nothing to play for on Saturday.
