Tottenham Hotspur’s Tanguy Ndombele had one of his best performances in a Spurs shirt against Southampton yesterday.
The Frenchman scored his second goal in just five appearances for the Lilywhites, an impressive return for a central midfielder.
WhoScored ranked Ndombele as the top performer in the match, scoring him 8.21 out of 10 for his contributions. The next highest rated player was Harry Kane at 7.51.
Ndombele opened the scoring with a superb swept left-footed shot into the top corner in the first half. He was then a huge part of Spurs’ defensive efforts in the second-half to earn all three points.
