Antonio Conte has provided a team news update ahead of Tottenham Hotspur’s FA Cup fourth round tie against Brighton in North London on Saturday evening.
Journalists have been continuing to dial into the press conference via the Zoom web conferencing platform following the Covid-19 outbreak at the club’s training ground in December which halted the brief return of those who were permitted back into the building to pose their questions to the Italian in person.
Conte’s side turned around a one-goal deficit to beat Morecambe 3-1 in the third round, while Brighton secured a 2-1 win against West Bromwich Albion in the last round of the competition.
There was good news on the injury front for Heung-min Son, who has recovered from injury while Cristian Romero is also back in contention to take to the pitch under the lights of the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
The Italian, however, revealed that Japhet Tanganga (knee) and Oliver Skipp (groin) would both miss the fixture,
Conte told the official Spurs site: “Only these two players are unavailable, the rest are available.”
