Team News: Midfielder ruled out for the remainder of the season

Tottenham Hotspur head coach Ange Postecoglou has provided a team news update ahead of tomorrow’s match against Manchester City during this afternoon’s press conference at Hotspur Way.

Tottenham ended a run of four matches without victory on Saturday when they narrowly edged past relegated Burnley with a 2-1 scoreline thanks to a late goal from Micky van de Ven.

Victory against Manchester City would hand their North London rivals Arsenal a boost in their hopes of lifting the Premier League title, something many Spurs fans would like to avoid.

Such is the protocol, the media are informed of the availability of the Spurs first-team squad ahead of the clash against Pep Guardiola’s title chasers.
