Nuno Espirito Santo has provided a team news update to journalists who have attended Tottenham Hotspur’s pre-Rennes press conference from Roazhon Park this evening.
Tottenham kick off their Europa Conference League Group G stage campaign in France against the side who are eleventh in Ligue 1, having only managed to win one of their opening five fixtures.
Such is the protocol, the media are informed of the availability of the Spurs squad ahead of Nuno answering questions prior to the European fixture.
Spurs will certainly be looking for a significantly improved performance after the disappointing 3-0 defeat at Crystal Palace at the weekend which was their first loss in the Premier League this season.
Nuno is still without the services of Davinson Sanchez, Giovani Lo Celso and Cristian Romero with the trio all still in Croatia and are not due to return to England until Saturday, the day before the Premier League visit of rivals Chelsea (Football London).
The Portuguese revealed that Heung-min Son, Eric Dier and Ryan Sessegnon have not made the trip to France.
Nuno confirmed that Son, Dier and Sessegnon did not travel to France for the game. He's unsure whether they will be fit for the weekend #THFC
