Team News: Three ruled out for the visit of Norwich; one returns to training

Tottenham Hotspur have provided a team news update to journalists in attendance at Jose Mourinho’s pre-Norwich City press conference at Hotspur Way this afternoon.

Following the usual protocol set by the club, the media are informed of the availability of the Spurs squad ahead of Mourinho answering questions prior to the visit of the Canaries to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium tomorrow evening.

Spurs will be looking to end a run of four matches without a win in the top flight which included a 2-2 draw at Carrow Road shortly after Christmas.

As expected, Ben Davies (ankle) misses out along with Moussa Sissoko (knee) and Harry Kane (hamstring) who both recently underwent surgery and are not expected to return to training until April.

Tanguy Ndombele has returned to first team training following his hip injury.

There was no mention of Danny Rose within the update, despite Mourinho claiming that the left-back missed the Watford match with a small back issue (Football London).

Alistair Gold confirmed the news via his Twitter account direct from the press conference.
