Tottenham travel to Stamford Bridge to take on Chelsea in the second leg of the Carabao Cup semi-final tonight.

Spurs go into the game with a narrow 1-0 advantage courtesy of a Harry Kane penalty in the first leg.

Tottenham are missing their three most potent goal threats in Heung-Min Son, Harry Kane and Dele Alli missing. Thus, it is likely that Pochettino will set up his side to defend deep and counter attack the Blues.

Spurs fans should be aware that according to the tule, the away goal rule will not come into play if the tie is level after ninety minutes. Additionally, there will be no extra time played and the tie will go directly to penalties.

This makes a penalty shoot-out an extremely likely possibility. Spurs have already previously navigated teir through a shootout this year’s competition when they edged their way past Watford 4-2 on penalties in the fourth round at Stadium MK.
