Some Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to Twitter to share their reaction after Jose Mourinho was slapped with a suspended one-match European ban and Tottenham were fined.

UEFA decided the Spurs head coach was responsible for the late kick-off of the Europa League match against Royal Antwerp on October 29 in Belgium in which his side lost 1-0 (talkSPORT).

The North Londoners have been forced to shell out just under £23,000 for the late kick-off by UEFA’s control, ethics and disciplinary body (CEDB), as well as a further €3,000 for a breach of UEFA’s equipment regulations.

A further condition of the ruling has stipulated that Tottenham should ‘ensure their head coach is personally informed of this decision’.
It is not the first instance in which Mourinho has found himself in a similar situation after UEFA fined Spurs £18,000 after Mourinho was also deemed responsible for the club’s late Champions League kick-off against RB Leipzig earlier this year (The Sun).
Here is how some Spurs fans reacted to the news.
