The team Spurs should pick to beat Leicester City

Is the season over already? Sunday will see us hopefully kick our last ball at Wembley in the Premier League when Leicester City are the visitors for a 3pm kick-off.

A victory for Mauricio Pochettino’s side against the Foxes would ensure a third-place finish in the league ahead of Liverpool, with Champions League football for next season already in the bag.

The performance against Newcastle in midweek was disappointing, with a lack of creative flair in the final third. Eriksen noticeably had to drop back deeper to try and pull the strings which didn’t exactly help.

I’d really like to see Lucas Moura given a start, he’s hardly had a chance since his switch from PSG. Will Toby Alderweireld be given a potential opportunity to start and say goodbye?

This is the team we think should start against Leicester. Agree/disagree? Have your say below.

Toby Vertonghen Alderweireld Rose

Dier Wanyama

Moura Dele Eriksen
