Some eagle-eyed Tottenham Hotspur fans have noticed something odd about the shirt which Toby Alderweireld was wearing during the 2-1 defeat to Liverpool this afternoon.
The Belgian central defender’s shirt was missing the most important feature, the Tottenham Hotspur badge.
It’s a strange oversight from the kit team at Spurs who have somehow missed that his Nike shirt was devoid of our famous cockerel. Then again, the way out afternoon has panned out after that performance, it is hardly surprising the gaffe was made.
Another Spursy mistake from club officials! It remains to be seen if the club will actually acknowledge the mistake.
