Tottenham Hotspur came so close to Champions League glory this season, but ultimately fell one game short of the trophy itself.
Spurs made it through a group of Barcelona, Inter Milan, and PSV, before knocking out Borussia Dortmund, Man City, and Ajax, and going toe-to-toe with Liverpool.
However, the Reds managed to scoop a strange 2-0 victory on Saturday, despite the fact that Tottenham dominated the possession, shots, and shots on target stats.
Liverpool took the lead after just a minute through a Salah penalty, and doubled the gap late on through a Divock Origi finish.
Ever the passionate manager, you could see every inch of emotion on the face of Pochettino upon the final whistle, after he was surrounded by his beloved staff.
Tottenham fans will hope that Poch still has the same belief and drive to stay at the club and go again next season, as they have come on leaps and bounds since he took over.
