Tottenham Hotspur dropped another two points last night against Fulham, taking the lead early on and failing to kill the game off as they have done so many times this season.
Harry Kane put Spurs 1-0 in the 25th minute after a delicious cross from Sergio Reguilon, however, Kane and Son were unable to finish their chances to make it two.
Just like in the games against Newcastle, Wolves, and Crystal Palace, Fulham stayed in the match and came good in the final 20 minutes, scoring an equaliser and looking for more.
Tottenham had to make do with just a point at home to the relegation-threatened London side, although a win could have taken them up to third.
As Spurs were chasing for a goal in the final 15 minutes, Jose Mourinho looked to Erik Lamela and Carlos Vinicius from the bench, leaving Dele Alli as an unused substitute.
This came after the attacking midfielder was arguably Tottenham’s best player against Marine in the FA Cup at the weekend.
Dele took to Instagram after the game to post a frustrated-looking selfie on his story, with some Spurs fans reacting on Twitter.
Thinks he is bigger than the club

I’d be that bored too tbf
Watching sissoko steaming forward with the ball and getting lost watching winks running around in a circle creating nothing watching Kane playing from the centre circle passing 20 yards forward to Son or Ndombele or even Reguilon Aurier Whats going on?— RRC (@Block35Rick) January 14, 2021
I really feel for you mate . I think tonight you found out categorically that you’re not wanted . Personally , you would have been one of the first names on the team sheet. Shocking treatment . Get yourself to PSG where you’ll be appreciated by Poch.

There is a reason that he doesn’t start and that’s why

As per a previous tweet sent, he probably deserves a start now but let’s not forget he has let both managers down with his poor form for the last 2 seasons.

Still perplexed how he can go from being a potential $60 million wonder kid to what Jose thinks of him today: football is about confidence and his must be very low

If dele can’t get ahead of winks and sissoko in midfield, sorry it’s the time to say enough is enough, he should have been playing tonight, he couldnt have done much worse in that midfield that is for sure, it’s winks and sissoko that need to leave ahead of dele.

This attitude gets him nowhere. Can completely understand his frustration though. For me he could’ve easily played ahead of sissoko today. Of he isn’t playing against sheff united it’ll be the end of Dele sadly.

Hurts seeing him like this . I reckon poch is waiting with open arms too

Completely agree with Mourinho stance. Needs to up his game like a few other players at the club. Fancy flicks, nutmeg etc are no good for spurs. His attitude stood out in his last year under Poch.
