According to French newspaper Le Parisien, Tottenham Hotspur want to sign Lyon star Nabil Fekir this summer.
The report claims that Fekir, who came through the Lyon academy and has been part of their first team for six years, wishes to leave in the summer and that Spurs have shown interest in bringing him to the Premier League.
According to The Telegraph, Liverpool agreed to pay £53million for the French international last summer but the move collapsed in the end.
The attacking midfielder has once again had a really good season having scored 12 goals and assisted 9 others despite having missed several games due to injury.
There was a mixed reaction from fans to the news regarding the club’s interest in Fekir, with some getting really excited and others not willing to believe the report.
Meanwhile, a few other fans wanted the club to also sign Fekir’s Lyon teammate Tanguy Ndombele who Spurs have also been linked with (Euro United).
100m to Lyon should easily cover him and Ndombele

Spurs Web Opinion
If Spurs are resigned to losing Eriksen in the summer as the Dane looks no closer to extending his stay with the club, we at Spurs Web believe Fekir would be one of the few players in Europe who is capable of compensating for Eriksen’s loss.
However, there is surely likely to be more interest in the midfielder as the days go by and so it will be nice for Spurs to be proactive for once and get a deal done early.
