Thomas Frank has now provided an injury update on the fitness of his Tottenham Hotspur players ahead of their Premier League clash with Newcastle United on Tuesday evening.
Tottenham Hotspur will not have to wait for too long before they kick a ball again following their dismal display at the weekend against Fulham, where they lost 2-1.
On Tuesday, they return to Premier League action, with a trip to Tyneside, where they take on Eddie Howe’s Newcastle United, a side that has already beaten Tottenham this season, 2-0 in the Carabao Cup.
Thomas Frank cannot afford any more slip-ups as pressure is beginning to mount on him from his own fanbase, who have not been shy to boo him and his players.

Thomas Frank provides Tottenham injury update for Newcastle clash
Coming into this league fixture, Thomas Frank has been handed a boost, as Cristian Romero has served his suspension and is available for selection once more.
There were no injuries picked up against Fulham, leaving Tottenham’s injury situation pretty much the same heading into the midweek.
Dominic Solanke, Dejan Kulusevski and Kota Takai all remain sidelined, although there are claims that these players could return this December.
Yves Bissouma’s return date remains unknown, while James Maddison will not be featuring until next year.
Speaking to the media in his pre-match press conference, Thomas Frank has now provided an injury update on the fitness of his Tottenham squad heading into the game against Newcastle United.
He simply told the Tottenham media team: “Everyone that was in the Fulham squad is ready for Newcastle.”
