Tottenham boss Thomas Frank is preparing his squad for the return of Premier League action, and he has a positive update on Dominic Solanke and Randal Kolo Muani.
The wait is finally over, and club football is set to return to the screens of football fans across Europe.
Tottenham Hotspur are back in action this weekend, with Aston Villa set to visit the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Spurs will be hoping to make it two wins on the bounce after ending their run of consecutive draws in the Premier League, while Unai Emery’s side will aim to make it nine points from their last three games following a sluggish start to the campaign.

Thomas Frank provides Tottenham fitness update ahead of Aston Villa clash
Frank will be hoping to have a fully fit squad available to him heading into the fixture against Villa in the league, and he has now provided an injury update.
A few of his players picked up knocks during the international break, with Ben Davies sustaining an injury while representing Wales, while Yves Bissouma, who only just returned from a previous issue, hurt himself again during Mali’s clash.
On a positive note, Randal Kolo Muani is edging closer to full fitness after featuring for 45 minutes in a behind-closed-doors encounter with Watford.
Kota Takai is also nearing full fitness, and so is Radu Dragusin, who has been out since February but has since resumed training.
It remains to be seen how long Dominic Solanke will be out for following minor ankle surgery, while James Maddison and Dejan Kulusevski remain sidelined, with the former expected back in 2026.
Speaking to the media, Frank provided an update on the fitness of his Tottenham squad. He told Football London: “Kolo Muani has trained now with the team for two weeks. That looks positive. Dom has progressed well from the surgery. The detail is positive.
“Biss unfortunately had a situation with the national team which will keep him out for weeks.”
