Thomas Frank has spoken about the Lewis family’s decision to reject takeover interest in Tottenham and has revealed what he has seen internally about their ambition for the club.
ENIC have already rejected three expressions of interest in buying Tottenham, reiterating that the club is not for sale.
Last week, Spurs confirmed that their majority owners had injected £100m into the club, which many see as a sign of their commitment.
Since the exit of Daniel Levy as chairman, the Lewis family have repeatedly stated that they want to usher in a new era of on-pitch success.

Thomas Frank speaks about Lewis family’s Tottenham ambitions
The Tottenham head coach has insisted that the club’s majority owners have made it clear both publicly and privately that they are fully committed to ensuring that Spurs achieve success.
Frank insisted that he is not reading too much into the news of takeover interest in the North London club.
The Dane said (via The Independent): “First and foremost, I think it’s hugely positive that the Lewis family is clearly showing their interest in doing everything they can to improve the club and back the club and want us to be as successful as possible.
“I think that’s a sign of it, that they are injecting cash into the club. Also… it’s remarkable the three rumours about takeovers get so big. I’m so glad I’m not reading too much.
“But the key thing is, they show their big, big, big interest publicly in trying to help the club. We know it internally. And how we will spend the money, of course, we will keep that for ourselves.”
Frank makes admission about working with Johan Lange and Fabio Paratici
Fabio Paratici is now officially back as Tottenham’s sporting director, with the Italian set to work together with Johan Lange in that role.
The 53-year-old has not been short of controversy over the last couple of years, with Paratici recently accepting an 18-month suspended jail sentence due to his alleged involvement in the Juventus capital gains scandal.
When asked about the scandal and about working with the Italian, Frank responded: “I’ve heard about (the case). I don’t know too much about the details. I know Fabio as a good guy at the times I’ve met him and I think he’s got a lot of quality and I look forward to working with him.
“The strong abilities both Johan and Fabio have, I think that they complement each other so well, so it’s like a perfect match.
Johan is very good to put in good structures and building that recruitment department, our insight department, our analysis department.
“I think Fabio comes with another angle and another experience from 10 years in Italy with a great network and a great eye and a great vision for football. I think the way they complement each other is very good.”
