Tottenham Hotspur qualified for the Carabao Cup quarter finals by defeating West Ham in a London derby last month, only to be handed an even bigger one.
Spurs were drawn away to Arsenal in the tie of the round, the second time they will play their rivals in December.
The two sides will meet at the Emirates on Wednesday December 19, with both looking for an early Christmas present of a semi-final place.
The fixture will kick off at 7:45pm and will be shown on SkySports.
According to FootballLondon, Tottenham applied for the full allowance of 10%, which is 6,000 tickets at the Emirates.
However, Arsenal advised only taking 5,233 on safety grounds.
Ticket prices for adults have been set at £10, with juniors and seniors getting in for just £5.
Applications for season ticket holders opened yesterday and will close come November 15.
If the match is oversubscribed, tickets will be allocated on a points-based system.
