Some Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to Twitter to give their thoughts on Jose Mourinho’s reaction when asked about Harry Kane.

The Spurs striker suffered a hamstring issue during the 75th minute of the New Year’s Day defeat at Southampton when he stretched to put the ball in the net only to see it flagged for offside.

Mourinho was asked for an update on the 26-year-old’s situation during the press conference at Hotspur Way yesterday afternoon ahead of Sunday’s FA Cup third round tie at Middlesbrough.

The Portuguese claimed that he was convinced that he will be without the services of his star striker for some time following the injury (Football.London).

Kane immediately signalled to the bench to be replaced after suffering the injury and was seen after the match leaving St Mary’s on crutches (talkSPORT).

Here is how some of the North London faithful reacted to Mourinho’s update.
