Some Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to social media to share their reaction to Tottenham Hotspur’s Boxing Day victory against Crystal Palace.
Goals from Harry Kane, Lucas Moura and Heung-min Son saw Antonio Conte’s impressive start to life as Spurs head coach continue and his side move up to fifth in the Premier League table.
Palace had to play with ten men for the best part of 50 minutes after Wilfried Zaha was dismissed before the break after he picked up a second booking.
Spurs had started somewhat slowly with clear-cut chances few and far between in the opening half hour before Kane and Moura netted in quick succession.
Zaha’s red card saw Palace rarely threaten birthday boy Hugo Lloris in the home goal during the second half with the traffic coming in one direction.
With Spurs set to take on Southampton in less than 48 hours, Conte decided to bring off Harry Kane and Heung-min Son also made way just moments after bagging his goal.
