The 29-year-old is seen as the ‘ideal’ option for Thomas Frank’s system. While Spurs are reviewing several options, the Juventus man’s physical dominance, aerial power, and composure on the ball appeal to them.
However, both Man United and Chelsea are also closely monitoring Bremer’s situation at the Allianz Stadium.
