Tribal Football report that Spurs have leapfrogged Arsenal in the race for Barcelona winger Malcom.
The Brazilian star moved from Bordeaux in the summer for a huge fee, but has failed to live up to the money.
Malcom has been limited to just a few appearances for the Spanish giants, clearly behind in the pecking order with the likes of Dembele and Messi keeping him on the bench.
It seemed as if every club in the world wanted him in the summer, but his big money move hasn’t quite worked out for him.
Spurs may now be able to pick him up for a slightly discounted price.
It is thought that Tottenham are willing to offer something in the region of 40 million Euros for the player.
Inter Milan are also said to be interested in his signature.
Malcom would provide great competition for the likes of Son and Moura at Tottenham.
What do you think, Spurs fans… good deal?
