Tottenham announce permanent sale of 21-year-old defender

Tottenham have announced the permanent sale of young defender, TJ Eyoma, who recently made appearances under Nuno Espirito Santo in pre-season.

Eyoma has now made the permanent move to Lincoln City after impressing on loan there last season.

The 21-year-old played 52 times for Lincoln last time out, having also spent the second half of the previous campaign on loan with the EFL club.

Although he never broke his way into the Tottenham first-team with any regularity, Eyoma does leave North London with one competitive appearance to his name against Tranmere Rovers in the FA Cup third-round back in 2019.

Tottenham have already sold the likes of Dennis Cirkin, Joe Hart, Juan Foyth, Erik Lamela, and Toby Alderweireld this summer.

Spurs Web Opinion:

We at The Spurs Web would like to wish TJ all the best for the future. It’s a real shame because he looks like a great talent but he has clearly found a home with Lincoln and will continue to grow with consistent minutes.
