Tottenham announce that they have loaned player out for the rest of the season

Tottenham Hotspur youngster, Jack Clarke, has been loaned out to Queens Park Rangers for the rest of the season, keeping him in London for the time being.

This comes just weeks after being recalled from his previous loan spell at Leeds United, which proved frustratingly unsuccessful for the teenager.

Clarke came through the academy at Leeds and broke into the first-team as a regular last season, hence why Spurs decided to loan him straight back after buying him.

However, Bielsa only gave the winger one run out off the bench against Luton Town in the Championship, as well as two EFL Cup matches (TransferMarkt).

Spurs have clearly decided that Clarke is not quite ready for the first-team set-up in North London and have made the decision to search for more consistent game time elsewhere.

It just so happens that the next match up for QPR in the Championship is, in fact, Leeds United, although it is unclear whether Clarke will be ready to feature or not.
