According to reports from Italy, Atalanta are not expected to demand a fortune for Tottenham target Ademola Lookman in January.
It was well documented that Spurs tried hard to secure a deal for Lookman on deadline day in the summer, but the forward stayed put at Atalanta.
It has been reported over recent weeks that Tottenham are ready to reignite their interest in Lookman in January, but the Lilywhites are not the only ones eyeing the 28-year-old.
According to an update from TuttoJuve earlier this month, Atletico Madrid are ready to challenge Spurs for the Atalanta star’s signature, and a new report has shed light on how much the former Everton man will cost.

How much will Tottenham have to pay for Ademola Lookman?
A little over a week ago, Football Insider claimed that Spurs would have to offer at least £50m to prise Lookman away from Bergamo.
However, a new update by Gazzetta dello Sport suggests that the versatile attacker will be available for a lower fee.
The outlet claims that Galatasaray are making advances towards Lookman, and the player is tempted to make the move to Istanbul to link up with his Nigerian international teammate Victor Osimhen.
The report makes no mention of Tottenham’s interest, but reveals that Atalanta have informed the Turkish club to pay €50m (£44m) for their star man.
The outlet adds that the Serie A club will stand firm and reject any offers that fall short of that figure.
Will Spurs try again for Lookman?
According to reports from Italy, Tottenham’s sporting director, Fabio Paratici, is a big fan of Lookman.
Additionally, it has been widely reported that Spurs will prioritise adding firepower to their forward line in January.
At £44m, the Lilywhites may view Lookman as a cheaper alternative to the likes of Antoine Semenyo and Iliman Ndiaye.
