The Tottenham Hotspur players will wear the new 2021/22 home kit for the first time in their final home game of the season against Aston Villa, Football.London have confirmed.
After their 3-1 loss at Elland Road on Saturday, Ryan Mason’s men do not have much to play for in the final three games of the season, with Champions League qualification now seemingly out of reach.
However, the final home game of the season on next Wednesday evening will still be a special occasion, with 10,000 Spurs fans set to return to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium following a change in the Goverment’s restrictions due to the coronavirus pandemic.
It has now been confirmed that Harry Kane and the rest of the Spurs squad will be wearing the new Nike manufactured kit for the visit of Dean Smith’s side.
Tottenham’s kit agreement with Nike will run until 2033 following the £15million-a-year agreement they signed with the US sportswear giant in 2018 (The Sun).
