Tottenham Hotspur continue to invest in the academy as they enter the race for one of Norway’s most exciting talents.
Spurs’ transfer strategy shifted noticeably in the summer, with the Lilywhites pursuing Premier League-proven players rather than just exciting prospects.
Tottenham also showed a willingness to pay a premium to get those players through the door, while shattering their previously rigid wage ceiling.
However, it appears that the North Londoners are still keeping an eye on the best young starlets around Europe, and one, in particular, has caught their attention over recent weeks.

Tottenham could battle Arsenal and Chelsea for Gabriel Rajkovic
TEAMtalk have revealed that 15-year-old Norwegian starlet Gabriel Rajkovic has caught the eye of Tottenham Hotspur, among others.
Rajkovic has enjoyed a huge rise since the start of 2026, having already established himself within the Valerenga first-team squad despite his age.
The report reveals that Spurs scouts made the trip to Norway to watch the versatile winger over recent weeks, but they are not the only ones to do so.
Arsenal and Chelsea are currently said to be ‘leading the charge’ for Rajkovic, who is considered to be one of the most exciting young talents around the continent.
In fact, it is revealed that the Gunners and the Blues have both compiled extensive dossiers on the teenager after watching him extensively through the summer.
More clubs are keeping tabs on Rajkovic as scouts are in awe
In addition to the three London clubs, TEAMtalk say that Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United, Newcastle United, Brighton, Brentford, Aston Villa, Leeds United and Sunderland are also keeping tabs on the youngster’s progress.
Additionally, the 15-year-old is also thought to be on the radar of Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, RB Leipzig, Inter Milan, Juventus and Como.
One leading scout told the website about the Norwegian starlet: “His stature, two-footedness and ability to play centrally as well as on the flank is a huge appeal.
“He might only be 15, but he is already a hugely impressive figure. It is hard to liken him to anyone. There is nobody like him for his age – probably in the world at this point.”
