Tottenham defender holding out for PSG move

It was reported last night Spurs were in talks with Schalke over a loan move for Danny Rose.

However, journalist Dave Kidd believes Rose is holding out for a move to Ligue 1 champions PSG.

Danny Rose missed nine months of 2017 due to an injury picked up against former club Sunderland and struggled with personal problems in that time.

When the 28-year-old returned from injury he found it difficult to get back to his high standards set before his injury.

During Rose’s rehabilitation, Welsh left-back Ben Davies snapped up his opportunity and earned himself a regular spot in the Spurs starting XI.

Tottenham and PSG have dealt before with full-backs after Spurs signed right-back Serge Aurier from the French champions last summer.

Mauricio Pochettino seemingly would be open to allowing Rose to leave the club with youngster Kyle Walker-Peters coming through the ranks.

Spurs fans, would you be satisfied to see Kyle Walker-Peters as backup to Ben Davies?
