Tottenham Hotspur have found out how much they will have to pay to land Como midfield general Martin Baturina.
It has been widely reported that Spurs are keen on signing at least one midfielder this summer as Roberto De Zerbi goes about putting his imprint on the squad he inherited.
Tottenham’s search for a new all-action midfielder has taken them to Serie A, with a 23-year-old being added to the Lilywhites’ wishlist.
It has been claimed over recent days that Spurs have expressed an interest in Como midfielder Martin Baturina, who has had an outstanding first season in Italian football since moving from Dinamo Zagreb 12 months ago.

Two offers rejected for Tottenham target Martin Baturina
A new report from Gianluca di Marzio (as relayed by GiveMeSport) has now offered a big update on the future of the Croatian international, who is currently preparing for the World Cup.
Di Marzio claims that two Premier League sides have made approaches to sign Baturina, with Como having received offers of around €50m-€55m (£43m-£47m) for their star midfielder.
The journalist reveals that Como have rejected those offers, but does not provide any information on which clubs sent those bids.
He adds that Como have slapped an €80m (£69million) price tag on Baturina following his breakout season at the Giuseppe Sinigaglia Stadium.
Spurs may be waiting on Joao Palhinha’s decision
Tottenham may have to wait a bit longer before finalising their plans for the midfield, given the uncertainty around Joao Palhinha’s future.
Spurs are continuing to push to land Palhinha amid competition from Sporting Lisbon, who are keen to take the 30-year-old back to the club.
Sporting are willing to make the Spurs target their captain and their highest-paid player to convince him to pick them over a return to North London.
De Zerbi’s men may thus first want clarity on Palhinha’s future before submitting offers for the other midfielders lower down their wishlist.
