It has been revealed that Tottenham Hotspur do not want a repeat of what went on in the summer of 2021 and the summer of 2023 as they go in search of a new manager this summer.
All signs now point to a managerial change in the summer, with Tottenham’s results in the Premier League failing to show any improvement despite the return of key players from injuries.

It has been reported over recent days that Ange Postecoglou can be sacked as early as Friday if Spurs fail to progress past Eintracht Frankfurt in the Europa League.
A fresh report has now backed up that claim and has explained one thing that Tottenham Hotspur are keen on doing in their upcoming managerial search.

Tottenham want to make an early appointment
This update comes from Football Insider, who say that Postecoglou has to win the Europa League and secure passage into the Champions League in order to remain at the helm next season.
The outlet confirms what we have heard from other sources by stating that the Lilywhites have already begun evaluating potential successors to the Australian.
Interestingly, it is explained that this summer, Spurs are keen to make a managerial appointment ‘as soon as possible’ and do not want the search the drag on like it has on a couple of occasions in the past.
This is because the summer transfer window opens on 1 June this year due to clubs participating in the Club World Cup, with Tottenham keen to take advantage of this by making some early signings.
As a result, the Spurs hierarchy want a new head coach in place before the opening of the window.
Tottenham concerned about competition for top targets
Football Insider also reveal another reason why Tottenham are keen to make a quick move for their managerial targets.
Top targets such as Andoni Iraola and Marco Silva are also wanted by other clubs, with Spurs keen to ensure they are not gazumped by rivals.
However, over the last couple of days, some sources have said that Iraola is leaning towards staying at Bournemouth, which comes as a huge blow to Tottenham.
