Tottenham Hotspur face a defensive crisis after Ledley King and Sebastien Bassong were both injured in the 3-0 defeat at Chelsea.
King picked up a hamstring injury, while Bassong left the field in a neck brace after his head hit the ground hard. They join Jonathan Woodgate and Michael Dawson on the sidelines, with both still not ready to return.
Redknapp said: “Bassong doesn’t look too good. He’s got a bang on his head and his eye is all swollen up.
“The doctor has taken him to hospital and it doesn’t look too clever.
“That’s four centre-halves we’ve got out now. Jonathan Woodgate is still nowhere near playing again and Michael Dawson is also out.”
