Victor Wanyama has been nursing an injury for some time now, and has yet to figure consistently for Spurs this season.
The Kenyan international will be looking for his first start of the season against Brighton this weekend, in a struggling Spurs side.
Tottenham have slumped to thee successive losses in all competitions now, and were accused of not being physical enough by the likes of Troy Deeney.
Spurs have conceded vital goals from set pieces in the last three games, and Victor Wanyama could provide a sense of physicality in the centre of the pitch, as well as inside his own box.
If Wanyama does re-join the starting XI, you would think that Eric Dier would be the one to step down to the bench after several sub-par performances this campaign.
It’s safe to say that Tottenham fans have taken to Twitter in mass to express their feelings about Wanyama, and whether he should be starting for Spurs.
Is Wanyama finished at Spurs?

I would like to see Wanyama given a run of games. When he is at it, he is our best holding player by far.

Have no idea on Wanyama's fitness or Winks, if Wanyama is fit enough he gets in ahead of Dier.

Massive meltdown on the horizon if we lose to Brighton…. in my opinion…
Rest Harry – Utilise Moura/Son
Get a settled formation
Get a settled back 4/5
Chuck Wanyama back in
Give Rose a run of games
Put Eriksen back into 10
Confirm Wembley all yearOr this could be bollocks
