Frustration boiled over at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday evening as another damaging defeat intensified scrutiny on Thomas Frank.
The Premier League fixture between Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United was crucial for both sides, given their respective struggles.
Dubbed ‘El Sackico’ by Chris Sutton, who predicted a Spurs win beforehand, the worst possible outcome instead befell Thomas Frank.
The Dane failed to deliver a victory in front of an already frustrated Tottenham support, with West Ham beating Frank’s side 2-1 at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Tottenham fans turn on Thomas Frank after West Ham defeat
Spurs remain 14th in the Premier League table following the defeat, but are now only ten points above the relegation zone, where West Ham find themselves in 18th.
The full-time result did not go down well with the Spurs fans, who responded with boos that have been a recurring theme this season.
Once more, after the final whistle, loud boos rang out from the home support, who then went on to sing “you’re getting sacked in the morning”.
Spurs board at a crossroads with Frank following poor results
This is a clear sign that Frank has now lost the support of the Spurs fanbase, with the disconnect between the supporters and the club worsening with each passing week.
Results and performances have been far from encouraging, with Spurs winning just twice in their last fourteen games.
That is relegation-worthy form, and the concerns of the Spurs fans who protested ahead of the game appear increasingly valid.
Spurs have since hired John Heitinga as assistant to Thomas Frank, while recent transfer activity shows the Tottenham board are keen on backing the Dane.
However, with results continuing to get worse, it remains to be seen if Spurs will pull the plug on the manager who was only appointed six months ago.
