Tottenham first team star close to new deal

SkySports have reported that Tottenham Hotspur star Dele Alli is close to signing a new deal.

The 22-year-old is currently under contract in North London until 2022, but is set to extend that even further with a bumper deal.

The deal will surely include a huge rise in wages for the young man.

Talks have reportedly been ongoing for a while now, as Alli looks to become the latest in a long line of recent Spurs signatures.

Pochettino, Harry Kane, Heung-Min Son, Erik Lamela, Harry Winks, Davinson Sanchez and many more have already committed to new deals this season.

Dele Alli should also return to action against Manchester City on Monday, however he is unlikely to start the game.

Tottenham will likely take their time with the England man, after rushing him back too early against Watford last month.

Since signing for £5m for MK Dons in 2015, Dele has scored 48 goals in 152 games for Tottenham.

Here’s to many more Dele.
