Disgraced captain Hugo Lloris has made the match day squad for Tottenham’s trip to Old Trafford this evening, after rumours that he may be dropped from the team altogether.
Lloris was pulled over and arrested for drink driving earlier this week, and missed training on Friday after spending much of the night before in a cell.
It is unclear whether the Frenchman will retain his starting spot in goal, although many are tipping him to do so.
The fate of Lloris’ captain’s armband is also up in the air, with some reports suggesting that Harry Kane may be in line to take over as club captain.
This shift would surely see Jan Vertonghen and Eric Dier act as vice captains.
Should Lloris start in goal? Should he retain his captaincy?
