Tottenham Hotspur may not have had the best start to the Premier League season, but they definitely caught the attention of the world last year when they made the Champions League final.
No one expected Pochettino’s team to make it so far in the competition, especially considering they only just made it out of the group stages.
One man who has had a brilliant last week in sport is England cricket star, Ben Stokes, who batted an unbeaten 135 to rescue the third Ashes test for his country, almost single-handedly.
His heroics were broadcast all around the Tottenham stadium, with Spurs playing Newcastle that same day, and Stokes was then shown the immense celebrations.
He claimed that he was looking for a football team to support and he might now have to choose Spurs because of the video alone.
It seems Spurs have not missed a chance to add another celeb to their roster, as the club immediately sent the cricketer a personalised Tottenham shirt (Mirror).
