The Tottenham Hotspur starting line-up for the Premier League match against Sunderland has been announced.
The games keep coming thick and fast in the Premier League, with Tottenham Hotspur returning to action just three days after their 0-0 draw against Brentford.
This afternoon, Spurs face newly-promoted Sunderland for the first time this season, and Thomas Frank will be hoping to put on a show in front of the Tottenham supporters on their own turf following a drab goalless draw at the Gtech Community Stadium.
Sunderland, on the other hand will be looking to make it tough for yet another top side, having already taken points off Arsenal and Manchester City this season.

Tottenham Hotspur confirmed lineup vs Sunderland
Dominic Solanke, James Maddison and Dejan Kulusevski all remain out of contention following their injuries and with fans desperate for some attacking creativity.
Xavi Simons sits out the final game of his three-match ban this evening and is not available at Frank’s disposal, while Pape Matar Sarr and Yves Bissouma are away on international duty.
Meanwhile, Destiny Udogie and Lucas Bergvall were doubts coming into this clash, leaving Frank’s side further stretched, thankfully, Bergvall is fit enough to take his place on the bench.
This is the Spurs team which takes to the field at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium:
TOTTENHAM: Vicario; Pedro Porro, Romero, Van de Ven, Davies; Gray, Odobert, Bentancur; Tel, Richarlison, Kudus
Subs: Kinsky, Dragusin, Danso, Spence, Palhinha, Bergvall, Kolo Muani, Scarlett, Williams-Barnett
SUNDERLAND: Roefs; Hume, Mukiele, Alderete, Cirkin; Geertruida, Xhaka; Mayenda, Le Fée, Adingra; Brobbey
This is a pivotal game for under-pressure Thomas Frank
Thomas Frank cannot afford to leave three points on the table once more as Spurs run the risk of losing touch with the top five.
In the last matchweek, all of Tottenham’s rivals dropped points and failed to pick up victories in their respective games, but Spurs could not capitalise despite playing after their rivals.
This evening, Tottenham take to the pitch before Chelsea face Manchester City, and there could be dropped points there once more; if Tottenham are to capitalise on that, then a victory is important from the off for the Spurs faithful.
