Tottenham Hotspur’s 2026/27 home kit has apparently been unveiled via an online ‘leak’, and it contains a throwback to the 1980s.

The 2025–26 Premier League season is drawing to a close, with just three games remaining as Tottenham Hotspur continue their fight to avoid relegation.

Spurs currently sit 17th in the Premier League table, just one point above the drop zone, leaving everything on the line in the final stretch of the season.

Of course, survival will not come easy for the Lilywhites, who must navigate a challenging run-in against Leeds United at home, Chelsea away, and Everton at home if they are to preserve their Premier League status.

Tottenham home kit 2026-27 design leaked online

Many Tottenham fans will want to avoid the drop to the Championship this season and would rather their club retain their Premier League status.

The last time Spurs were relegated was back in the 1970s, making them one of the few sides to have been a mainstay in the English top flight.

However, regardless of their on-field struggles, preparation for next season has already started, with the first kit design now being leaked.

According to leaks shared by Footy Headlines, Spurs’ home kit for next season looks set to please the traditionalists. It is reported that white remains the dominant colour, while navy – referred to as “Binary Blue” – features on the Swoosh, club crest, side panels and subtle detailing on the sleeve cuffs.

The only real design flourish is a set of faint diagonal stripes across the body, a nod to the iconic Hummel kits of the mid-1980s. In terms of template, it mirrors the one used for England’s 2026 World Cup away kit, keeping things clean and familiar.

Spurs kit detail may divide fan opinion

However, unfortunately for Spurs fans, one key detail is set to remain in this design once again, and that is the colouring of the AIA logo.

The leaks suggest it is set to be red once more, just like this season’s kit design – one that fans strongly dislike. But the 2026–27 season could well be the final campaign with AIA as the front-of-shirt sponsor, with reports suggesting Tottenham are set to switch to a new sponsor from 2027–28.

For fans eager to know when the new Tottenham home kit will be released, the leaks suggest it is expected to drop around May or June. It remains to be seen if Tottenham will be fielding it in the Premier League or Championship.
