The shake-up to the Tottenham leadership structure continues, with another long-serving executive exiting the North London club to take over as the Premier League chief.
There have been plenty of changes to the Tottenham leadership structure since the summer, with the most high-profile development being the departure of Daniel Levy after 24 years as Spurs chairman.
The club have continued to make changes since then, including the appointment of Dan Lewindon as Spurs’ new performance director.
Just last week, Tottenham announced that Carlos Raphael Moersen had joined as the director of football operations, and an exit of another senior official has now been confirmed.

Tottenham set to lose head of administration and football governance Rebecca Caplehorn
The Athletic have revealed that Tottenham’s head of administration and football governance, Rebecca Caplehorn, will depart the club at the end of the January window.
Caplehorn will now take over the Premier League’s chief football officer, although her start date in her new role is yet to be confirmed.
The report says that sources close to Tottenham Hotspur, speaking on the condition of anonymity, confirmed that Caplehorn’s departure was her own decision, rather than coming from the club.
What was Caplehorn’s remit at Spurs?
Caplehorn spent five years with Queens Park Rangers before joining Tottenham in 2015 and being promoted to her existing role in 2020.
The Athletic reveals that it was Daniel Levy who decided to make her the head of administration and football governance as a part of a reshuffle at Spurs he carried out five years ago.
In her role, Caplehorn oversaw all matters of football governance at Tottenham, including representing Spurs with the European Football Clubs (EFC), and was involved in transfer and contract negotiations.
