Tottenham Hotspur Supporters’ Trust to hold talks with club after stand-off

The Tottenham Hotspur Supporters’ Trust (THST) have revealed that a meeting has been arranged with the club.

The THST and the club have reached an agreement to formally meet for the first time since the European Super League debacle and is scheduled to be held tomorrow.

Tottenham released a statement last Tuesday where they revealed plans to establish a club advisory panel from the different constituencies of the fanbase whilst also admitting they have been left disappointed by the Trust’s decision not to meet with them.

The club claimed that they were prepared to have an open agenda but are not prepared to discuss change of club ownership and the resignation of the board.

The THST recently revealed that they had called in mediation from the Football Supporters Association (FSA) who attempt to act independently and work with both parties to bring them together and defuse tensions.

On Saturday, a large section of supporters gathered outside the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium to protest against owners ENIC and chairman Daniel Levy.

The THST revealed that they will update members regarding the outcome of the meeting at the earliest possible opportunity.
