Tottenham injury update ahead of Liverpool clash

Tottenham Hotspur were gifted a three week rest period between their loss against Southampton and upcoming clash with Liverpool in the Premier League.

With the Crystal Palace game being rescheduled and the international break, Spurs found themselves with ample time on their hands to recover.

Pochettino even decided to take his squad on a three day training camp in Barcelona, before allowing his lads three days off to themselves before they joined up with their respective national sides.

This has given Tottenham plenty of time to get their players back up to fitness and back from injury.

Kieran Trippier and Harry Winks were the only injuries last time Spurs played, but both have now recovered. Tripps is in the England squad and Winks just needed some time away from the pitch.

Alderweireld and Aurier were also absent for the Southampton match, but that was purely to give them a rest, rather than any injury issues (Football London).
