A fresh update on Destiny Udogie’s injury recovery timeline reveals just how long it will be before the left-back is fit enough to return to Tottenham training.

Tottenham’s injury woes continue to mount
Tottenham Hotspur have endured a difficult period, as their squad depth has been tested to the limit due to an ever-growing list of injuries.
Among those sidelined is the influential left-back Destiny Udogie, who suffered an injury during Tottenham’s match against Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The Italian defender, who has established himself as a key figure in Postecoglou’s attacking system, was initially expected to miss anywhere between six to ten weeks of action.
However, new reports have now indicated how much time is left before the Italian full-back is expected to return to action for the Lilywhites.

Paul O’Keefe reveals Destiny Udogie’s return timeline
Tottenham insider Paul O’Keefe has now provided an on the full-back’s recovery. Speaking on X, O’Keefe gave a clearer picture of the timeline, revealing: “Little update on this. Told Destiny is on track to return in just over three weeks’ time, so around seven weeks total.”
This is different from what Ange Postecoglou himself said regarding Udogie’s injury. The boss stated earlier this month: “Destiny his hamstring. Looks around six weeks for him.”
The road to recovery: A glimpse at Destiny Udogie’s rehab
The full-back himself has also taken to social media to share a video of his rehabilitation, in a recent Instagram post, the 22-year-old uploaded a video showcasing his gym work.
While Tottenham’s current run has exposed vulnerabilities in their squad depth, Udogie’s swift recovery could inject renewed energy into the team.
Should the Italian defender meet the updated timeline, his return might mark a turning point for a Tottenham side eager to stay competitive on multiple fronts this season.
