Tottenham insider Paul O’Keefe has revealed that the club’s technical director Johan Lange has turned down the chance possibility of signing Nottingham Forest winger Callum Hudson-Odoi.

Over the last couple of weeks, plenty of outlets have talked up the chances of Hudson-Odoi sealing a move to Spurs this summer.
This includes an update from The Guardian, who claimed recently that while Tottenham passed up on the opportunity to sign the winger from Chelsea last summer, they have changed their mind regarding the player after watching his impressive displays at the City Ground.
Last week, The Sun reported that while three Premier League sides were showing interest in the England international, it was the Lilywhites who were at the front of the queue to land the wide-man.
However, earlier this week, Alasdair Gold played down those rumours, revealing on Gold and Guest Talk Tottenham Podcast that his contacts within Spurs are distancing themselves from the speculation.
Tottenham are not keen on Callum Hudson-Odoi
If O’Keefe’s latest update is to be believed, Forest had offered Hudson-Odoi to Spurs but the North London club are not particularly keen on the deal.
He revealed that Johan Lange is not a fan of the player and was not in favour of bringing the 23-year-old to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this summer.

To me, Hudson-Odoi seems like a very good fit for Postecoglou’s system but it would not have made much sense to pay around £50m for the Forest star.
With Werner now having returned to the club, Spurs have more than enough options for the left-wing birth and might be in the hunt for a wide player who is more comfortable playing on the right.
