With the remainder of the Premier League season set to be played behind closed doors at best, Tottenham Hotspur have announced that they will issue refunds/credit to fans who purchased tickets.
Spurs have five remaining home matches this season and they have revealed that a pro-rata credit will be issued to all season ticket holders and 1882 members.
The credit will be placed in fans’ One Hotspur Ticketing account and can be applied against season tickets for 2020/21 season. The club informed that they will be contacting fans in due course about the renewals and that their seats will be secured.
Season ticket holders who would prefer refunds in cash for the five remaining home games will also be allowed to do so, with the club confirming that they will send emails regarding refunds soon.
Additionally, it was also announced that fans who wish to change seats for next season will be allowed to do so subject to availability. The club confirmed that they will be emailing the details of how a change of seat can be requested.

This is a great move by the club as they have decided to put fans first and take a financial hit. However, it looks as if next season may also have to be played behind closed doors in part unless a COVID-19 vaccine comes out within the next few months.
