Tottenham Hotspur take on Liverpool in the Champions League final on June 1 in Madrid, as both Premier League teams fight it out to become the Champions of Europe.
However, unfortunately, many fans have been unable to secure tickets to the final itself, with only just over 16,000 allocated to each team (Mirror).
Luckily, Spurs have come up with a backup plan for their disappointed supporters by holding a live screening event at the new stadium.
With the ground holding over 62,000 fans at full capacity, it will create a unique atmosphere for those in attendance and is probably the next best thing to being at the actual game.
After rumours circulated that all tickets had been sold, Tottenham have now updated fans by claiming that a limited number are still available for the screening event.
They are now on sale to all season ticket holders and One Hotspur members, until 10 am on May 28 when people who have already purchased tickets may buy up to two extras for guests.
Get yours before they run out!
Wouldn’t it be great if @SpursOfficial made an official announcement regading any remaining tickets for the live screening at the Lane…
It doesn’t seem to much to ask, as many have been lead to believe it’s been sold out today !#thfc #COYS pic.twitter.com/F9QYYftD9S
