Tottenham Hotspur have found out how much they have to pay for a 19-year-old forward they have had their eye on for several months.
It continues to be widely reported that Spurs want to strengthen their forward line in the January window, and the Lilywhites reportedly have their eye on a young Brazilian, who is seen by many as a generational talent.
Spurs Web has relayed a number of reports over the past few months stating that Tottenham have been scouting Vasco Da Gama starlet Rayan.
Several Spurs officials are thought to be big fans of the teenager, and the Lilywhites have now discovered how much they have to pay for the forward.

Offer rejected for Tottenham target Rayan
According to a new update from journalist Vene Casagrande (as relayed by Sport Witness), Vasco Da Gama received an offer for the forward from Europe over recent days.
The offer reportedly came from Zenit St. Petersburg, who launched a bid of around €31m (£27m) as a fixed fee, payable in four instalments, plus up to €4m (£3.4m) in bonuses.
The offer arrived at Vaso via intermediaries but was immediately sent back by the Brazilian side.
Vasco informed Zenit that they would have to pay €50m (£43.6m) for their talisman, and the Russian club are expected to return with a counteroffer.
Spurs may be able to sign Rayan for a discounted price
Interestingly, another update by club insider Joel Silva (via Sport Witness) has claimed that Rayan is not too keen on a move to Russia, Portugal or Turkey despite interest from those countries.
The Brazilian starlet is thought to be intent on making a straight jump to a top-tier European league rather than taking an intermediate step.
In fact, Silva adds that if a ‘European giant’ comes calling, Vasco’s financial demands could even drop below €50m (£43.6m).
