Tottenham’s recruitment of young starlets has certainly improved following the appointment of Fabio Paratici with Pape Matar Sarr being the prime example of someone who the club recruited at a young age which is now paying dividends.

Hopefully, the recent arrivals of Alejo Veliz and Ashley Phillips can also bear fruit for the next generation of players to break into the starting eleven in the coming seasons.
