Tottenham may have a Premier League buyer for Richarlison this summer

One Premier League club are plotting a move to sign Richarlison from Tottenham, with the Brazilian striker expected to be put in the shop window at the end of the season.

Richarlison’s injury woes prevented him from being a success at Tottenham, with the Brazilian’s body continuously breaking down over the past 18 months, much to the frustration of the player and Ange Postecoglou.

With Mathys Tel arriving through the door in January, it remains to be seen if Richarlison has a future at the club beyond the end of the season.

A new report has now confirmed that Tottenham are indeed willing to listen to offers for the striker when the transfer market reopens in the summer.

Everton plotting a move to re-sign Richarlison from Tottenham

This report comes from TBR Football, who say that Everton are now open to taking Richarlison back to Goodison Park in the summer, three years on from selling him to Spurs.

The outlet claims that the Toffees are planning for life without Dominic Calvert-Lewin, who is out of contract this summer and identified the Tottenham man as a potential option to replace the Englishman.

It is explained that David Moyes’ men hold their former player in high regard and would be willing to bring him back to Merseyside if he shows a willingness to return to the club.

Richarlison’s feelings on Everton revealed

TBR Football also say that the striker has ‘strong feelings’ for Everton, having developed a good connection with everyone at the club during the three years he spent there.

It is explained that Richarlison is also held in very high regard by the Toffees supporters and has maintained a good relationship with them.

The striker is said to be aware that he needs to be playing regular football next season if he is to secure his place in Brazil’s World Cup squad next year.
